thanks for the constant feedback!

Hello,
Just to say thanks to all the praise, feedback and comments we've been receiving from all you guys. For those who have ever doubted the goodness of people, should read our emails as see how nice helpful and genuine all these people are. And guys we're really incorporating all your suggestions in our upcoming versions that we can, I promise you that.

Also regarding the UI design. I know its not upto the mark so last night I spent a little time redesigning it. Here is a new mock up. Its not 100% done but just to give you a preview:

Also we are working on more effects and transitions as per your requests... Specially with images! Right now we are just two guys (myself and navneet) so we have todivide our time between programming and designing. But we will get to more transitions in very soon too!

Again your comments are *very* much appreciated. Emails like the ones we have recd. make every hour we spent into making toufee worth it!

Moved to bigger MediaTemple servers

Hi,
Just a quick update but because of the big overwhelming traffic needs we've been hit with lately, yesterday night we moved all our media files to mediatemple.net Grid Server. Now we have over 1TB of bandwidth to spare. Best part was that this was a seamless upgrade and even Navneet couldn't notice it ;)

The speed looks okay from here but some confirmation would be great.

what a great first day

Hello Guys,
Just to update about our first day and boy was it great! The best part is that Techcrunch had some really good things to say about us here. Thank you Marshall! Not only was it really really encouraging but the insights we recd. from everyone on our day one are just amazing! I mean just look at the comments below alone. Aren't people wonderful!! I feel really happy that there are so so many genuine people out there who want to help. Thank you guys! I can't tell you how much we appreciate it ..really.

Personally I had hoped that if we got a few hundred signups on our first day we'll call it successful launch but this is just getting too good, and now we're really pumped! We did have one recurring complaint about our site design. I guess we spent waaay too much time and effort on the flash engine and surely could have done it better in the aesthetics deptt. Anyway, we've learned our lesson and we're getting a pro-designer to help us out with it. We promise that we'll have it taken care off within this week alone.

We're trying to incorporate as much stuff in Toufee based upon the feedback and support we've recd. and yet still trying to keep everything click and point. Please create an account if you want to receive weekly updates we are making on toufee. Because after the design we plan on adding hundreds of new effects and new tutorials!

Please do let me know if you have any more comments for us here or by support. I can’t stress it enough how much we really need and appreciate these. Please anything you gotta tell us just type a line here. Thanks for everything.

Welcome to the Toufee blog!

Thanks to everyone who has been waiting for us to complete our project. We really believe that project can do wonders to your websites and the internet.

Anyway, we’ve started this blog so we can interact with you, the end users, and learn what you require in Toufee to make it better. Anything that is on your mind, please feel free to share with us!

Ok, we have a lot of stuff planned out for Toufee and we will be adding it very soon but right now we’re working on the tutorials. Don’t worry there is a lot and I mean a lot of stuff you can explore by then.

And please please share anything that you create with Toufee with us. No seriously, I would really personally very much appreciate it if you show me what you’ve been able to do with it.
